Who We Are
Golden Collect was recently established with the idea that collecting money on behalf of creditors was an honorable endeavor. Our founder believed that most people had a sincere desire to pay their obligations, but that unfortunate circumstances too often prevented them from doing so in a timely manner. She felt it was important that we seek to counsel and instruct the consumers with whom we spoke. It became our goal to provide payment options and to present financial solutions to assist customers in resolving their past due accounts. From this empathic approach, focused on guidance and advice, was born the name – Golden Collect.
What We Do
Over the years, we have seen numerous changes: rising interest and unemployment rates, stock market fluctuations, and ever increasing health care costs. In spite of these changes, we continue this tradition of service by counseling with customers in an effort to help find a solution to a difficult situation. By working with consumers, and not against them, we remain committed to doing the best possible job on behalf of our creditor clients. In essence, our determination to maximize recoveries is always tempered with a compassionate spirit, a cooperative mindset, and a helpful approach.
